The olive green trim on moldings, window and doors brought a unique feeling to the home and was gorgeous with every other color in the house. We went for understated elegance with lots of special touches like barrel vaulted hallways, ceiling beams that give interest without formality, corbels and copper. Simply stunning.

This project was about bringing in the warmth of a Tuscan house to brighten the everyday life of its owners. This was all about texture & warm colors. From the rough beams, to rustic pine floors, to scalloped edged counters & mesquite TV sliding doors. We were looking for a mix of old & new, texture & warmth. People don't have to take their shoes off in this house.

Built on spec, this home features sophisticated with a touch of contemporary slant so the future owners could take advantage of all the fabulous contemporary designs that are out in the world right now. The design features striking horizontal cabinets in walnut. The glass backsplash & seagrass limestone floors were a cool contrast to the warm cabinets. Black accents helped with the feeling of sophistication.
